Well, it’s been a few weeks of sorting out my house and boxing up most of my belongings… however, I have had no luck getting a tenant as yet and therefore some plans need to be made to get me out of the UK!
A trip to Cuba was of course very high on my list, as was a few weeks travelling through the Guianas (top right of South America), and getting there via Trinidad/Tobago. Unfortunately the current plans do not incorporate any of the above, despite my extensive research into all of this :(.
I’m not going to steal the inevitable thunder (so to speak), or tempt fate just yet… so will leave the finer details until something is actually booked and confirmed.
Let’s just say that I will know by the end of the week, as the boxes are going into storage and the final packing will be complete, I hope!
Sorry, to those of you who I have yet to catch up with, the last few weeks have been manic. I wonder how I ever fitted a full time job into my daily routine ;)!
